The Business Integrity Team takes every report we receive very seriously. We will review the information you provide, investigate the matter to the extent possible based the evidence available, and take the necessary corrective actions. After our initial review of your report or throughout the course of the investigation, we may contact you with questions, if necessary. Please be assured that all matters are handled confidentially. If you subscribe to e-mail updates you will receive status updates as we progress with the investigation and upon ultimately closing the case, otherwise you will need to check the portal periodically for updates.
